Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flower (more if needed)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 2 cups panko/bread crumbs (more if needed)
  • Neutral oil for frying (canola, avocado oil)

Directions:

  1. Mix salt, pepper, pinch of garlic powder, paprika, and flour in a bowl
  2. Beat 2-3 eggs in separate bowl, add a pinch of salt
  3. Add breadcrumbs to 3rd separate bowl
  4. Heat up oil in large skillet, enough to cover the bottom of the pan plus a little extra
  5. Coat oyster mushroom in flour, egg, then panko/breadcrumbs
  6. Fry 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
  7. Place on paper towel to remove any excess oil
  8. Top with flaky salt and pinch of paprika
