Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup flower (more if needed)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- 2-3 eggs
- 2 cups panko/bread crumbs (more if needed)
- Neutral oil for frying (canola, avocado oil)
Directions:
- Mix salt, pepper, pinch of garlic powder, paprika, and flour in a bowl
- Beat 2-3 eggs in separate bowl, add a pinch of salt
- Add breadcrumbs to 3rd separate bowl
- Heat up oil in large skillet, enough to cover the bottom of the pan plus a little extra
- Coat oyster mushroom in flour, egg, then panko/breadcrumbs
- Fry 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
- Place on paper towel to remove any excess oil
- Top with flaky salt and pinch of paprika
